How long does shipping take?+

We ship pan-India in 5-7 business days. Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad) typically receive orders in 3-4 days. You will receive a tracking link via SMS and email once your order is dispatched.

Do you offer custom mirror sizes?+

Yes! We offer custom sizes, finishes, and pane configurations. Custom orders typically take 10-14 working days to fabricate and ship. Contact our design team at support@salkaladecor.store with your requirements.

What is your return policy?+

We offer 7-day hassle-free returns for any reason. If your mirror arrives damaged or defective, we replace it free of charge. For change-of-mind returns, we collect from your doorstep and refund within 5-7 business days.

Do you ship outside India?+

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is on our roadmap for 2025. Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand internationally.
